Welcome to Cupertino Middle School’s online newspaper, the CMS Pawprints! CMS Pawprints is a World and Community newspaper published by and for CMS students. The newspaper class meets Wednesday afternoons right after school for 1 hour in the CMS Mac lab. Each session will be for 13 weeks.

Why an online paper? It’s the future of journalism. Printing a newspaper weekly would be very expensive for a school our size, not to mention bad for the environment using up all that paper. An online newspaper gives us the flexibility to publish as many articles as we want because we will not be limited to the size of a piece of paper. Out of town relatives and friends can stay in touch with CMS news because it is a website on the internet. Our online paper will have endless exciting opportunities. So come and join the club and be a part of making the CMS Pawprints awesome!
